Job Description This is a remote position. The Opportunity: At Pentoz, we are creating a future of seamless tech solutions, empowering industries with speed, precision, and automation. As a TrackVia Developer, you will be responsible for designing and deploying agile, custom apps and workflows for teams across staffing, logistics, hospitality, healthcare, and more—all without traditional coding. Using the TrackVia platform, you’ll create tools that improve operational visibility, boost productivity, and drive digital transformation across fast-growing business units. You Will Be Responsible For: App Development: Designing custom applications using TrackVia’s drag-and-drop interface, database builder, and workflow tools. Process Automation: Creating rule-based workflows, triggers, forms, and views that automate and streamline business processes. Data Modeling & Management: Building secure, scalable data structures and integrating data with external systems using TrackVia APIs. Advanced Configuration: Adding functionality using JavaScript, calculated fields, filters, user roles, and dashboards. User Training & Support: Documenting features, onboarding end-users, and iterating based on user feedback to improve UI/UX. Integrations: Connecting with third-party platforms (e.g., Zapier, Power BI, Salesforce, Google Workspace) to create complete digital ecosystems. This Role Is For You If: You have 2+ years of experience with TrackVia or other enterprise low-code tools (QuickBase, Appian, OutSystems, etc.). You’re skilled in workflow mapping, form design, and data visualization. You can write simple JavaScript logic and understand RESTful API connections. You are business-process-minded, with an eye for efficiency and user-centric design. You enjoy working in agile teams, collaborating with stakeholders, and solving problems fast.
