Trade Finance Specialist / Trade Operations Analyst

Role Description The Coordinator of Volunteers will manage and support volunteer activities to ensure effective contribution to healthcare and community-focused initiatives. This part-time, hybrid role is based in Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates, with a mix of on-site coordination and work-from-home administrative tasks. Day-to-day responsibilities include recruiting and onboarding volunteers, organizing schedules, facilitating training, and providing ongoing guidance and support. The role also involves maintaining volunteer records, communicating updates and expectations, and coordinating with internal teams to align volunteer efforts with program needs. Additionally, the Coordinator will assist with community outreach activities and help improve volunteer engagement and retention.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong volunteer management skills, including Volunteer Management and Volunteer Training.
• Candidates should possess effective interpersonal and communication skills, including Interpersonal Skills and Communication.
• Candidates should possess community-focused skills, including experience in Community Outreach and stakeholder engagement.
• Relevant experience in healthcare, nonprofit, or community services coordination is beneficial.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple volunteer activities simultaneously.
• Comfort with basic digital tools and volunteer management systems; ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment.
• Diploma or degree in social work, public health, administration, or a related field is an advantage.
