Training Executive / Learning and Development Executive / Training Manager

Role Description This remote role for a Training Executive / Learning and Development Executive / Training Manager focuses on designing, delivering, and improving training programs for team members across multiple regions. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting training needs assessments, creating training materials and modules, and facilitating virtual and blended learning sessions for store staff and support teams. The role also involves monitoring training effectiveness through feedback and performance metrics, maintaining training records, and collaborating with operations and HR teams to ensure learning initiatives support business goals. The Training professional will contribute to onboarding programs, ongoing skill development, and standardization of service and product knowledge across the global branch network.

Qualifications

• Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills to align training initiatives with overall people strategies.
• HR Operations and HR Policies skills to integrate learning programs into HR processes and compliance requirements.
• Employee Relations skills to support positive engagement, coaching, and communication throughout the organization.
• Experience in training design, facilitation, and evaluation, ideally in retail, F&B, or service-oriented environments.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to deliver clear, engaging remote training sessions.
• Proficiency with digital learning tools, video conferencing platforms, and basic learning management systems.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage multiple training projects, and collaborate with cross-border teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Education, Psychology, or a related field; professional L&D or HR certifications are an advantage.
