Transformation Program Lead

Role Description The Transformation Program Lead is a part-time, hybrid role based in the Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates, with flexibility for some work from home. This role is responsible for designing, coordinating, and improving ALPNG’s transformation programs that support law students’ professional development and readiness for legal practice. Day-to-day tasks include planning program activities, tracking milestones, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure high-quality delivery. The Transformation Program Lead will analyze program performance, gather feedback from participants, and recommend enhancements to content, format, and outreach strategies. The role also involves facilitating training sessions, contributing to student support initiatives, and ensuring that communication with students and partners is clear, timely, and student-centered.

Qualifications

• Ability to manage programs effectively, including planning, coordination, and monitoring, with strong Program Management skills.
• Strong Analytical Skills to interpret program data, assess outcomes, and recommend improvements based on evidence.
• Excellent Communication skills for engaging with students, partners, and team members across different locations and cultures.
• Experience in Training, coaching, or facilitating workshops for students or early-career professionals.
• Customer Service orientation, with a focus on responsive, respectful, and supportive interaction with program participants.
• Demonstrated ability to work in a hybrid environment, balancing on-site collaboration in Abu Dhabi with remote work.
• Experience in education, legal services, or non-profit programs is beneficial; familiarity with law or legal education is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Law, Education, Business, Social Sciences) or equivalent practical experience in program or project delivery.
