About the Company

Dreamways Travels (SMC Pvt. Ltd.) is a Pakistan-based travel and tourism company offering domestic and international tour packages, Umrah services, visa consultancy, airline ticketing, hotel reservations, and transportation services.

We are expanding our sales network across Pakistan and looking for motivated, enthusiastic, and result-oriented individuals to join our team as Remote Travel Sales Executives.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote Dreamways Travels' travel and tourism services through social media, personal networks, and other marketing channels.
• Generate potential customer leads and identify new sales opportunities.
• Communicate professionally with clients and understand their travel requirements.
• Follow up on inquiries and assist customers throughout the sales process.
• Coordinate with the Dreamways Travels office team for quotations, package details, and booking confirmations.
• Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
• Work towards achieving monthly sales targets.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic understanding of social media platforms and online marketing.
• Ability to generate leads, follow up with customers, and close sales.
• Self-motivated, responsible, and target-oriented attitude.
• Access to a smartphone, internet connection, and WhatsApp.
• Previous experience in travel sales, tourism, customer service, or digital marketing will be an advantage.

Compensation

Commission-Based Opportunity — No Fixed Salary

Earn 50% of the agreed net profit on eligible, successfully completed bookings, subject to company policy.

Additional performance-based travel rewards are available for qualifying sales achievements.
