Trial Attorney
Lowe Law GroupOverview
Lowe Law Group didn't build a reputation as a hard-driving, non-yielding advocate for its clients by settling early — it built it by going to trial and winning. As a Trial Attorney, you'll take first-chair responsibility for 30–50 cases, with the calendar, resources, and firm backing to try them. We offer an in-house Medical Director to help build your evidentiary record before you ever walk into a courtroom, and a firm-wide culture that expects — and rewards — verdicts, not just settlements. This is a seat for a litigator who already has trial reps under their belt and wants a platform built to put more of them on the board.
What you'll do
- Perform lead counsel litigation duties on 30-50 personal injury cases annually.
- Maximize trial opportunities with an expectation of 6-8 jury trial verdicts a year.
- Obtain a final resolution, either verdict or strong settlement result, on at least two cases a month.
- Bolster the reputation of Lowe Law Group as a hard driving, non-yielding force that only accepts exceptional settlements for its clients.
What we are looking for
- At least three years of experience as a personal injury litigator.
- Must have taken, as lead chair, 5+ cases to a jury trial verdict.
- Significant consideration will be given to candidates with verdicts over $500,000.
- Willing to travel regularly and work multi-jurisdictionally either through pro-hac or additional licensing.
- Some additional consideration will be given to candidates currently licensed in one or more of the following jurisdictions: Minnesota, Washington, Utah, Montana, Oregon.
- Must be licensed to practice law in at least one of the 50 States.
- Able to speak specifically to personal trial statistics — verdict count, win rate, and average result — consistent with Lowe Law Group's core value of metric accountability.
- Demonstrated grit: a track record of taking a case through trial rather than defaulting to early settlement when litigation risk is high.
- Comfortable litigating and traveling across jurisdictions as necessary.
