Unreal Engine Developer: Craft Immersive Realities The Opportunity: Pentoz is seeking a skilled Unreal Engine Developer to build next-gen interactive experiences across gaming, XR, simulation, and enterprise platforms. You’ll work on cutting-edge real-time environments, leveraging the power of Unreal Engine 5 to create high-fidelity visuals and complex logic that drive immersive, scalable applications. You Will Be Responsible For: Developing real-time 3D applications using Unreal Engine (Blueprints & C++). Creating interactive simulations, games, and XR environments. Building systems for animation, physics, AI, UI, and gameplay logic. Optimizing performance across platforms (PC, mobile, console, VR/AR). Collaborating across design, product, and engineering to deliver high-impact digital products. This Role Is For You If: You have 3–6+ years with Unreal Engine (UE4/UE5) in real-time or game dev. You’re fluent in C++, Blueprints, and real-time rendering techniques. You’ve worked on gameplay systems, or immersive environments. You’re experienced with performance tuning, multiplayer, or XR integrations. Requirements Unreal Engine 5, Blueprints, C++, Game Dev, XR/VR, Optimization, UI/UX, Multiplayer, Agile Workflows.
