We are a passionate team of product, engineering, UX, and analytics professionals driven to maximize revenue cycle efficiency and effectiveness for our athenaCollector clients.
Position Summary:
We’re seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Product Manager to help guide product development and delivery for Value Based Care practices in athenaCollector—turning the complex landscape of medical practice operations into clear, actionable experiences and scaling our platform through thoughtful modernization.
You will work closely with the product leadership team to understand client end user and leadership goals; prioritize the product roadmap for your team; collaborate with engineering to ensure delivery of high- quality, high-impact features; and drive rollout and adoption in partnership with product operations and client-facing teams.

You know how to energize cross-functional teams around a problem and use data to identify and prioritize solutions. You push and strive toward the best long-term solution while executing against that plan day-to-day. You can make tough trade off decisions between scope and schedule, while maintaining true focus on outcomes.
This is a hybrid role based in our Boston, MA office with an in-office expectation of one day/week.
Essential Job Responsibilities:
- Own and drive the product roadmap and prioritization of customer needs for Value Based Care practices
- Collaborate cross-functionally with counterparts and stakeholders in engineering, UX, analytics, product operations, and other teams throughout the organization
- Create clear product requirement documentation articulating business requirements for the problems we’re trying to solve - including UX/CX/Support requirements
- Understand the market opportunity re: user needs, market forces, and applicable business models; with regards to what would best serve our clients today as well as in the future
- Identify and track metrics and success criteria to create transparency and visibility to program success and opportunities for improvement
- Partner with Product Management leaders to be the voice of product decisions within the organization; assist leaders in identifying business opportunities that will drive product success
Expected Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience is required
- Strong understanding of Value Based Care, ambulatory practice operations, healthcare revenue cycle, and health IT systems is required
- 5+ years overall professional experience required; 2-4 years of formal product management experience, or related experience, preferred
- Understanding of product management best practices, including agile development
- Demonstrated success at driving innovation in a dynamic environment using analytic and/or AI capabilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to frame problems and potential solutions effectively for peers and key stakeholders around the company
