Value Creation Lead

The professional will work as Value Creation Lead, taking care of the development and implementation of value creation initiatives in multiple internal functions, requiring to analyse a situation / internal process and define / implement improvement solutions. 2-5 years of experience as Business Consultant; Experience in Business Improvement (no IT implementation or audit) in the business consulting unit of a Consultancy environment; Proficiency in PowerPoint to develop complete document and with analytical tools (Excel preferred, plus other tools like Power BI, Python, and similar); Fluency in English - mandatory; Analytical and quantitative skills; Problem solving skills; Strong interpersonal skills; Curiosity / willingness to learn; Sense of urgency. 1. Analysis and solution development Assessment of current status, analysing data and interviewing key people in the organization; Identification of the improvements areas; Definition of improvement opportunities; Translation of improvement opportunities in value creation initiative, defining expected value, owner, plan of activities, enablers, potential roadblocks. 2. Implementation of initiatives Put in place all activities and support so that the portfolio of initiatives are implemented by the organization; Monitor progress of selected initiatives to determine potential roadblocks; Define potential solutions to ensure implementation. 3. Portfolio management and reporting Monitor initiatives to ensure progress (Value tracker); Prepare regular reporting for Decision Boards; Track action items and follow up them.
