Virtual CPR/First Aid Trainer

Job description: Job Overview: We are looking for an engaging and knowledgeable Virtual Trainer to deliver live online training sessions for CPR, First Aid, and other healthcare-related courses. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in healthcare training, excellent presentation skills, and the ability to make virtual learning interactive and effective . Key Responsibilities: ✅ Conduct live virtual training sessions on CPR, First Aid, and other healthcare topics. ✅ Deliver training through video conferencing platforms in an engaging and interactive manner. ✅ Adapt training styles to meet various learner needs (individuals, groups, professionals). ✅ Stay updated on industry best practices and certification requirements . ✅ Assess participants' understanding through Q&A, quizzes, and interactive discussions . ✅ Provide feedback and guidance to learners to ensure knowledge retention. ✅ Assist in updating and developing training materials as needed. Requirements: ✔ Certification in CPR, First Aid, or related healthcare training (Instructor-level -AHA )- Mandatory ✔ Prior experience as a trainer or educator in a virtual environment- Mandatory ✔ Strong command of English communication and presentation skills- Mandatory ✔ Ability to use online training tools, video conferencing software (Zoom, Microsoft Teams, etc.), and LMS platforms . ✔ Passion for teaching and making a real-world impact through life-saving education. ✔ Reliable internet connection and a professional remote setup (camera, microphone, quiet environment). Preferred Qualifications: ➕ Experience in e-learning, instructional design, or digital training methods . ➕ Knowledge of healthcare industry regulations related to CPR and First Aid. ➕ Prior experience training corporate teams, healthcare workers, or educators .
