We are building a platform designed to connect freelancers, clients, and people within their networks in a more rewarding way.
As Refeir grows, we are looking for creative people who want to be part of the journey — not just as service providers, but as people who want to help shape something from the early stages.
We are currently building our creative team and looking for a Motion Graphic Designer who can help bring Refeir's ideas, stories, campaigns, and product experiences to life through motion.

🎬 VOLUNTEER ROLE: MOTION GRAPHIC DESIGNER
What You'll Do
. Create engaging motion graphics and animations for Refeir's social media, campaigns, announcements and digital platforms.
. Turn static designs, ideas and concepts into engaging motion content.
. Create short-form animated content for platforms such as LinkedIn, X, Instagram, TikTok and other digital channels.
. Produce animated explainers that help people understand what Refeir is, how it works and why it matters.
. Create promotional videos, typography animations, transitions, logo animations and other branded motion assets.
. Work with graphic designers, content creators, marketers and the Refeir team to develop compelling visual stories.
. Help establish Refeir's motion language — how the brand moves, feels and communicates through animation.
. Experiment with creative concepts that can capture attention and increase engagement.
. Contribute ideas for campaigns, product launches, Pioneer activities and community initiatives.

👤 YOU'RE A GOOD FIT IF YOU:
• Have experience creating motion graphics, animations or short-form video content.
• Are comfortable using tools such as Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, CapCut, Canva, DaVinci Resolve or similar tools.
• Understand basic principles of animation, timing, transitions, typography, composition and visual storytelling.
• Can transform a simple idea or static design into something visually engaging.
• Have an eye for clean, modern and professional digital aesthetics.
• Understand social-media-first content and what makes people stop scrolling.
• Are creative, willing to experiment and open to feedback.
• Can communicate well and meet agreed deadlines.
• Have a portfolio, showreel or examples of your previous work.
You don't have to be an expert. If you have strong creative ability, a willingness to learn and the desire to build something meaningful, we would love to see what you can do.
