Role Description The Wealth Advisor role is a full-time hybrid position based in Shah Alam, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. The Wealth Advisor will provide comprehensive wealth management services to clients, including financial and retirement planning, investment guidance, and takaful-based solutions aligned with clients’ needs and goals. Day-to-day responsibilities include assessing client financial situations, developing tailored strategies, presenting recommendations, and conducting regular portfolio reviews. The role involves building long-term client relationships, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of relevant financial products and market trends, and ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements. The Wealth Advisor will also collaborate with internal teams to deliver a seamless customer experience and contribute to business growth targets.
Qualifications
- Ability to provide comprehensive Financial Planning and Retirement Planning services tailored to diverse client needs.
- Strong understanding of Investments and Wealth Management Services to guide clients on portfolio construction and risk management.
- Solid foundation in Finance, including cash flow analysis, budgeting, and understanding of financial instruments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust, explain complex concepts clearly, and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Relevant academic background in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., financial planning or wealth advisory) are an advantage.
- Proven ability to work with targets and performance metrics, with strong ethical standards and adherence to regulatory requirements.
- Comfort with digital tools and platforms for client interaction, reporting, and remote collaboration in a hybrid work environment.
