Web Developer

This is a remote position.

We are looking for an experienced, proactive Virtual Assistant with strong website and online course experience to support our growing businesses within the aesthetics, skin health and education sectors.

This role would suit someone who is confident working independently and can help us build, organise and maintain our online presence — particularly our websites and digital training academy.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with building, updating and maintaining our websites
  
• Upload and format website content, images, services and landing pages
  
• Make ongoing website changes and improvements when required
  
• Build and manage our online learning platform
  
• Upload training courses, modules, lessons, videos, PDFs and downloadable resources
  
• Organise courses into a professional, easy-to-navigate student experience
  
• Set up quizzes, assessments, certificates and course completion processes where required
  
• Create and update student resources and online learning materials
  
• Help set up course enrolment, payments and automated student communications
  
• Troubleshoot basic website and learning-platform issues
  
• Help create landing pages for new courses and services
  
• Support integrations between our website, booking/payment systems, email marketing and learning platform
  
• Ensure everything looks professional, high-end and consistent with our branding
  
• Provide ongoing technical support as the academy and businesses grow
  

About you

We are looking for someone who is:

• Experienced with website builders and content management systems
  
• Experienced with online course/LMS platforms
  
• Technically confident and able to learn new systems quickly
  
• Comfortable working with Canva and digital content
  
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
  
• Proactive — someone who can spot what needs doing rather than always waiting for instructions
  
• Reliable and able to manage ongoing website updates
  
• Able to create a polished, user-friendly online experience
  
• Comfortable working with a growing healthcare/aesthetics education business
  

- Possible to start with paid trial month first then transition to ongoig support

- Minimum of 10 hours per week; semi-flexible within UK time
