YouTube Content & Operations Manager

Job Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented, creative, and organized Content & Operations Manager to support our relationship advice YouTube channel (TRG). This role is responsible for bridging the creator and video editor, ensuring smooth workflows, optimizing content for growth, and supporting social media execution. Responsibilities: Assist with Content Coordination Maintain a centralized content calendar (Google Sheets/Notion) Coordinate timelines between the creator and editor Join weekly 30 - 60 min calls for planning & brainstorming Utilize Tools/Software: Google Workspace Canva Social media platforms (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest) Additional Responsibilities: Research and suggest high-converting YouTube thumbnails, titles, and keywords (relationship niche) Suggest trending topics and hooks for engagement Schedule/publish to Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest Track monthly analytics (engagement, growth, performance) Qualifications: Required Skills: Fluent English (spoken & written) Strong organizational and project coordination skills Attention to detail and proactive communication Interest in relationship psychology and self-improvement Stable internet + quiet space for weekly calls Proficiency in: Google Workspace Social Media Platforms (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest) Canva (basic graphic design) Experience Level: Intermediate Work Details: Number of Positions: 1 Work Schedule: Flexible (10 hours/week) Hours per Week: 10 hours/week (~40/month) Duration: Ongoing Start Date: TBD Compensation and Benefits: Rate: $120 CAD/month Payment Frequency: Bi-Weekly (via PayPal/Wise) Benefits: 100% Remote Work from anywhere in the Philippines Flexible Hours Fit work around your schedule Skill Growth: Learn YouTube content strategy & operations Direct Impact Your efforts directly grow the channel
