About The Role

Key Responsibilities
- Assist with payroll preparation and salary record maintenance.
- Record and maintain credit card expenses.
- Handle petty cash entries and reconciliation.
- Pass daily accounting entries in the system.
- Maintain vouchers, invoices, and supporting documents.
- Assist with bank reconciliations and expense tracking.
- Support monthly closing activities and financial reporting.
- Maintain proper filing and documentation of financial records.
- Coordinate with internal departments for accounting-related activities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.
- Candidates with up to 2 years of experience are welcome.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles.
- Familiarity with MS Excel and accounting software.
- Good attention to detail and accuracy.
- Honest, organized, and willing to learn.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of financial information.
- Basic understanding of payroll processing.
- Knowledge of petty cash handling.
- Good record-keeping and documentation skills.
- Accommodation provided by company .
- Leave Yearly -30 Dyas Paid.
