From technical assembly to building and testing complete high-tech systems: how far do you want to develop your skills?

For an international high-tech technology company located in the Eindhoven region, we are looking for motivated Assembly Technicians and System Technicians who enjoy working with advanced technology.

You will contribute to the assembly, integration and testing of complex technical products, modules and complete systems used in technologically advanced industries.

Within this innovative production environment, mechanics, mechatronics and electronics come together. Precision, technical quality and craftsmanship are essential.

Whether you are an experienced Assembly Technician or a specialist capable of independently building, testing and troubleshooting complete systems, there are opportunities to develop your technical skills and take the next step in your career.

What will you do?

Depending on your technical background and experience, your responsibilities may include:

  • Assemble mechanical, mechatronic and electronic components.
  • Build technical modules, subsystems and complete high-tech systems.
  • Work according to technical drawings, schematics, work instructions and technical documentation.
  • Use hand tools, electric screwdrivers and torque wrenches.
  • Apply specified torque requirements accurately.

  • Troubleshoot technical and quality-related issues.
  • Contribute to improvements in assembly and production processes.
  • Collaborate with technicians, engineers and other technical specialists.

For more experienced technicians, responsibilities may also include complex system integration, root-cause analysis, engineering changes, advanced troubleshooting and process improvements.

What do you bring?

Most importantly, you are technically minded, enjoy hands-on work and take pride in building high-quality products.

We are looking for candidates who recognize themselves in several of the following:

  • Experience in technical assembly, machine building, mechatronics, electronics, system integration or a similar production environment.
  • Good technical insight and strong attention to detail.
  • Experience working with technical hand tools.
  • Ability to understand technical documentation, preferably including drawings and electrical schematics.
  • A practical, accurate and proactive working attitude.
  • Interest in investigating and solving technical problems.
  • Ability to collaborate with technicians and engineers.
  • Good English communication skills.
  • Motivation to continuously develop your technical knowledge.
  • Willingness to work in a two-shift system.

A technical vocational qualification is an advantage, but not necessarily required if you have relevant hands-on experience.

For more advanced system-related positions, a technical education or demonstrable relevant experience is preferred.

Experience with ESD, 5S, cable assembly, PCBAs, testing, inspection or troubleshooting is considered a strong advantage.

What can you expect?

You will join a professional, international high-tech environment where technical development, innovation and career progression are strongly encouraged.
