Job Description Autism Center of Excellence is hiring an Assistant Clinical Director / BCBA in Fayetteville, NC. This is an opportunity for an experienced BCBA who is ready to take the next step into leadership while continuing to make a meaningful impact on children, families, and clinical teams. We are looking for a strong clinician, mentor, and leader who is passionate about developing people, maintaining high clinical standards, and helping build a positive culture where both clients and employees can thrive. At Autism COE, our leaders are supported by Regional Clinical Leadership, Operational Leadership, Office Managers, Administrative Teams, Intake Specialists, and Billing Support so they can focus on clinical excellence, staff development, and client outcomes. Why Clinical Leaders Choose Autism COE? • Total earning potential of $105,000–$120,000 including performance-based bonus opportunities • Relocation assistance may be available for qualified candidates • One remote workday per month for North Carolina clinical leadership positions • Leadership-focused growth opportunity • Ethical and realistic billable expectations • Strong administrative and operational support • Collaborative and supportive leadership team • Opportunities to mentor and develop BCBAs, RBTs, and future clinical leaders • CEU and professional development support • Paid training and onboarding Position Responsibilities: • Support clinical oversight and quality assurance across assigned programs • Supervise, mentor, and support BCBAs, RBTs, and Behavior Technicians • Conduct behavioral assessments and oversee treatment planning • Review client progress and provide clinical guidance to team members • Support onboarding, training, and professional development initiatives • Maintain timely and compliant clinical documentation • Partner with operational leadership to support clinic growth and success • Foster a positive, collaborative, and clinically excellent culture • Assist in ensuring compliance with payer, BACB, and organizational standards Schedule: This is a full-time, in-person position requiring reasonable flexibility in work hours to meet client, clinical, and operational needs. Schedules are generally aligned with organizational and client needs; however, occasional schedule adjustments or Saturdays may be required based on operational or client needs. Requirements • Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field required • Must be eligible to practice in North Carolina • Previous leadership, supervision, mentorship, or senior clinical experience strongly preferred • Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills required • Passion for developing clinicians and improving outcomes for children and families Benefits • Medical, dental, and vision insurance • Company-paid life insurance • 401(k) with company match • Paid Time Off (PTO) • Paid holidays • CEU and professional development support • Opportunities for advancement and executive leadership growth
