We are seeking an experienced Clinical Director / Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead our Fayetteville, NC clinical team. The Clinical Director will provide leadership to BCBAs, BCaBAs, RBTs, and BTs while partnering with our Regional Clinical Director and operational leadership to ensure high-quality, ethical, and effective ABA services. COMPENSATION $140,000–$160,000 Total Earning Potential (Base Salary + Bonus Potential) Total earning potential includes base salary plus applicable performance-based bonus opportunities. Bonus compensation is not guaranteed and is subject to the terms and eligibility requirements of the applicable bonus programs. Relocation assistance is available for this position. WHAT YOU'LL DO • Lead and support the clinical team while promoting a culture of accountability, collaboration, and clinical excellence • Provide supervision, mentorship, coaching, and professional development to BCBAs, BCaBAs, RBTs, and BTs as appropriate • Oversee clinical quality, treatment integrity, client progress, and adherence to ethical and professional standards • Support behavioral assessments, treatment planning, clinical decision-making, and complex cases • Review clinical data and documentation to ensure services remain effective, individualized, and compliant • Partner with the Regional Clinical Director and operational leadership on clinical performance, staffing, caseload management, and service delivery • Support successful onboarding, training, and development of clinical team members • Promote timely and accurate clinical documentation • Help identify and address barriers affecting client care, staff performance, and clinical operations • Support appropriate client growth and continuity of services while maintaining clinical quality • Maintain an appropriate clinical caseload and productivity expectations based on current clinical and operational needs • Ensure services are delivered in accordance with BACB standards, payer requirements, applicable regulations, and company policies LEADERSHIP & BONUS OPPORTUNITIES The Clinical Director may be eligible for performance-based bonus opportunities tied to established organizational metrics, including areas such as new-client growth and direct-therapy productivity. Specific bonus eligibility, calculations, and performance requirements are governed by the applicable company bonus program and are not guaranteed. WORK ENVIRONMENT This is a full-time, primarily in-person clinical leadership position supporting our Fayetteville, NC market. The Clinical Director reports to the Regional Clinical Director and works closely with clinical and operational leadership. The position requires reasonable scheduling flexibility based on client, staff, clinical, and operational needs. As operations and client needs evolve, occasional Saturdays may be required.
