Job Description Autism Center of Excellence is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in Fayetteville, NC. We're looking for a BCBA who is passionate about providing high-quality ABA services, supporting meaningful client progress, and working alongside a collaborative team that values clinical excellence. At Autism COE, our BCBAs are supported by Clinical Directors, Regional Leadership, Lead RBTs, Office Managers, Intake Coordinators, Billing Teams, and Administrative Support Staff. Our goal is simple: allow clinicians to focus on clients while we support the operational side of the business. Why BCBAs Choose Autism COE: • Total earning potential of $90,000–$105,000 including bonus opportunities • Relocation assistance may be available for qualified candidates • One remote workday per month for North Carolina clinical leadership positions • Ethical and realistic billable expectations • Strong clinical mentorship and leadership support • Administrative and operational support teams • Leadership growth opportunities • Collaborative and supportive culture • CEU and professional development support • Paid training and onboarding Position Responsibilities: • Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans • Design and oversee ABA programming and behavior intervention plans • Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians and Behavior Technicians • Monitor client progress and make clinical modifications as needed • Maintain timely and compliant clinical documentation • Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members • Support clinical excellence and positive client outcomes Schedule: This is a full-time position requiring reasonable flexibility in work hours to meet client, clinical, and operational needs. Schedules are generally aligned with organizational and client needs; however, occasional schedule adjustments or Saturdays may be required based on operational or client needs. Requirements • Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field required • Must be eligible to practice in North Carolina • Prior ABA clinical experience required • Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills preferred • Passion for improving outcomes for children with autism and their families Benefits • Medical, dental, and vision insurance • Company-paid life insurance • 401(k) with company match • Paid Time Off (PTO) • Paid holidays • CEU and professional development support • Opportunities for advancement and leadership development
