About Surapack

Surapack is an Istanbul-based manufacturer of paper cups, bowls and food packaging, exporting to 66 countries. Our group company Sura Machine supplies paper cup and packaging machinery worldwide.

The Role

We are looking for an experienced Machine Maintenance Technician to keep our paper cup and bowl production lines in Istanbul running at full speed. Work permit and visa assistance is provided for international candidates.

Products You Will Work On

• Single wall and double wall paper cups

• Paper salad bowls (500 / 750 / 1000 / 1300 ml)

• Soup and ice cream cups

• Paper lids

• Paper bags (V-bottom / square bottom)

Machines

• Chinese high-speed machines (Debao, Newtop etc.)

• Korean machines (Woosung)

• German machines (HORAUF SP/DC series)

Responsibilities

• Full mold changeover and machine setup

• Precision mechanical timing and adjustment

• Resolving bottom and side sealing leakage

• Bottom knurling and curling tool overhaul

• Replacing gears, arms and cams

• Troubleshooting control panels and electrical wiring

• Replacing sensors, heaters and motor inverters

• PLC troubleshooting and error code reading

• Ultrasonic sealing system setup

• Maintenance of auxiliary equipment: flexo printing, paper slitting and rewinding, die punching, air compressors and pneumatics

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on maintenance experience on paper cup / bowl machines

• Both mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills

• Experience with packing machines is a plus

• Willing to relocate to Istanbul

• Basic English
