Dream Courts Pty Ltd is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Installer to join our team on a full-time basis in Northmead, NSW. Key Responsibilities
- Install and assemble sports court surfaces, equipment, and related fixtures according to specifications and design plans
- Prepare installation sites, including measuring, marking, and levelling surfaces to ensure accurate placement
- Operate and maintain hand and power tools safely and effectively throughout the installation process
- Follow all health and safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe working environment
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
- Inspect completed installations to verify quality and adherence to specifications
- Perform minor repairs and maintenance on installed products as required
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of completed installations
- Communicate professionally with clients and address any concerns or queries regarding installation work
- Proven experience as an Installer or in a similar role within the trades and services sector
- Strong technical knowledge of installation techniques, tools, and materials relevant to court surfaces and sports equipment
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to follow technical specifications precisely
- Physical fitness and ability to perform manual labour, including lifting, climbing, and working in various weather conditions
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings, plans, and specifications
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to project-specific challenges
- Valid driver's licence and reliable transport to travel between job sites
- Current First Aid certification or willingness to obtain it
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- A commitment to health and safety standards and best practices
- Preferred: Experience with sports court installations or experience in the construction and installation industry
