About Us Sunshine Enterprise USA is retained by our valued client to search and recruit for the following executive opening: Job Description We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA) to join the Cardiology team in Hilo. The candidate will work alongside cardiologists and healthcare professionals to provide high-quality cardiovascular care in inpatient and outpatient settings. Key Responsibilities • Conduct patient evaluations, histories, and physical exams for cardiology patients • Manage and monitor common cardiovascular conditions: hypertension, CAD, atrial fibrillation, heart failure, hyperlipidemia • Order and interpret diagnostic tests: EKGs, Holter monitors, echocardiograms, stress tests • Assist in care coordination for procedures or specialty referrals • Provide inpatient consults and follow-ups (if applicable) • Participate in hospital rounds, discharge planning, and transitions of care • Educate patients and families on lifestyle, medications, and disease management • Collaborate with supervising cardiologists, primary care providers, and staff Requirements • Current, unrestricted Hawaii license as NP or PA, or eligibility • National certification (AANP, ANCC, or NCCPA) • BLS and ACLS certification • 1–2 years cardiology or internal medicine experience preferred; strong new graduates considered • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • EMR experience preferred (Epic or equivalent) Benefits • 38 days paid time off annually • Signing bonus including relocation assistance • 401(k) with employer match • CME reimbursement • 100% employer-paid medical, dental, and vision (employee, spouse, dependents) • Loan repayment options available SUNSHINE ENTERPRISE USA LLC is an Equal Opportunity Employer and does not discriminate on the basis of race or ethnicity, religion, sex, national origin, age, veteran disability or genetic information or any other reason prohibited by law in employment.
