Your responsibilities:

• Support German-speaking customers by phone, email or chat, depending on the project.

• Answer enquiries, resolve issues and provide clear guidance.

• Keep accurate records and contribute to a positive customer experience.

What we’re looking for:

• Fluent German and a good command of English.

• Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach.

• Confidence using computers and learning new tools.

• Willingness to relocate to Greece.
