As part of our team, you'll be working with one of the most beloved entertainment companies in the world, providing outstanding customer service to Disney fans and users. Your Role as a Danish Customer Support Specialist: Be the voice of Disney, representing a global leader in entertainment and storytelling. Offer exceptional customer support through phone, chat, and email. Assist customers with inquiries related to Disney+ subscriptions, account management, and general service issues. Guide navigating Disney streaming platforms and managing profiles, passwords, and other account-related topics. Escalate unresolved issues to specialized teams when necessary. Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing concerns with empathy and efficiency. What Were Looking For: Native-level fluency in Danish (C2 level or higher). Proficiency in English (C1 level). Strong communication skills, with a focus on active listening and problem-solving. Basic technical skills and a typing speed of at least 25 words per minute. Previous experience in customer support or a related field is a plus. Ability to work in rotating shifts in a dynamic environment. A team player with a positive and flexible attitude.
