Title: Dynamics 365 / Dataverse Tech Lead

Duration: 5 Months

Location: Dubai

Relocation Support provided throughout the assignment in Dubai.**

Experience in Arabic/English bilingual UI and data (RTL, language packs, translated option sets)

This is a new staffing requirement for 5 months. The candidate should be willing to travel to UAE/Dubai for 5 months for the program. Communication skill is key as he/she will be leading a program with Client for their end customer.

Job Description:

7+ years on Dynamics 365 / Dataverse, with at least two end-to-end Customer Service implementations as technical lead (cases, queues, unified routing, SLA KPIs, knowledge base, Customer Voice surveys)

• Hands-on across the stack: model-driven apps, plugins/Custom APIs (C#), Power Automate, PCF/JavaScript web resources, Dataverse security model (business units, teams, roles)
• Solution-layering and ALM in a multi-vendor environment: managed solutions, publisher conventions, Azure DevOps pipelines, environment strategy , able to build on another vendor’s base solution without breaking it
• Integration design through Azure API Management: OIDC/UAE PASS-style identity, REST/OData, async patterns, contract testing against third-party releases
• Data migration into Dataverse (SSIS/KingswaySoft or equivalent), including migration from on-premises Dynamics
• Certification: PL-400 Power Platform Developer; PL-600 Solution Architect or MB-230 Customer Service strongly preferred
