🚨 Hiring: Dynamics 365 Technical Lead | UAE/Dubai | Contract

We are looking for an experienced Dynamics 365 / Dataverse Technical Lead for Relocation Support provided throughout the assignment in Dubai

📍 Location: Dubai

💼 Role: Dynamics 365 / Dataverse Technical Lead

✈️ Travel: Candidate must be willing to relocate/travel to UAE/Dubai for the full 5-month engagement.

🔑 Key Requirements

7+ years of experience in Dynamics 365 / Dataverse

At least 2 end-to-end Customer Service implementations as a Technical Lead

Strong hands-on experience with:

Dynamics 365 Customer Service

Cases, Queues, Unified Routing & SLA/KPI

Knowledge Base & Customer Voice Surveys

Model-driven Apps

Plugins / Custom APIs using C#

Power Automate

PCF / JavaScript Web Resources

Dataverse Security Model

Strong understanding of Solution Layering & ALM in multi-vendor environments

Experience with Managed Solutions, Publisher Conventions & Azure DevOps Pipelines

Strong experience in environment strategy and extending another vendor’s base solution without breaking existing functionality

Integration experience using Azure API Management

OIDC / UAE PASS-style identity

REST / OData

Async integration patterns

Contract testing with third-party releases

Experience with Dataverse data migration, including SSIS / KingswaySoft or equivalent

Experience migrating from on-premises Dynamics to Dataverse

Arabic + English bilingual UI/data experience is required:
