AAA is searching for an Educational Consultant located in South Korea to join our team. We provide tailored university admissions services to our network of clientele, fostering close relationships and allowing us to build a strong reputation with parents and students. We do not offer remote work or hire applicants from outside of South Korea.
In this role, you will work on various tasks, such as essay consultation & writing, interview preparation, English classes (both 1:1 and group classes), 1:1 meetings with clients, resume consultation, etc. You will mainly be tasked with utilizing your teaching prowess in order to guide students with their college applications and assist them in achieving their educational goals.
Our main client pool ranges from high school students to graduate school candidates with years of career experience. Due to our work on all types of college applications (freshman, transfer, graduate), our clients come from a variety of backgrounds, and thus we aim to cater to their university application needs. We are looking for somebody familiar with how college applications work and who is adept at writing essays; also, teaching experience in standardized tests such as SAT/AP or TOEFL would be an additional plus.
We will only be considering candidates who currently reside in South Korea. We're open to negotiating a salary as you see fit, based on your experiences and skills. Our work environment is inclusive and foreigner-friendly. All employees at AAA seem to enjoy a good work-life balance. We are able to sponsor E2 visas and encourage English speakers from E2-eligible countries (U.S., U.K., and Canada) who reside in Korea to apply.
What we are looking for:
Excellent essay writers
An undergraduate degree holder from a university in the US, UK, or Canada.
Competent English teachers with 1:1 and group teaching experience.
Adaptability (preferably someone who is open to learning and willing to take on new meetings, tasks, and classes).
Attention to detail and a client-oriented mindset are a must.
We are located in Gangnam, Seoul. If this is an opportunity that you are interested in, please do not hesitate to send out an application.
