What You'll Do
  • Guide Turkish-speaking investors through the entire off-plan property journey, from initial enquiry to reservation, payment plans, and handover.
  • Build strong relationships with Turkish-speaking buyers, providing expert advice on Dubai's real estate market.
  • Explain investment opportunities, developer projects, purchasing procedures, and legal requirements clearly and professionally.
  • Represent Richmond Properties at exclusive client events, international campaigns, and roadshows.
  • Negotiate, close transactions, and deliver exceptional service that encourages referrals and repeat business.
What We're Looking For
  • Native or fluent Turkish, alongside fluent English (essential).
  • Strong understanding of Turkish business culture and the ability to engage confidently with high-net-worth investors.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ambitious, self-motivated individuals with a strong desire to succeed in Dubai real estate.
  • A professional, organised, and client-focused approach.
  • Currently based in Dubai.
  • Comfortable working in a commission-only sales environment.
