Preferred candidates: able to conduct working conversations in Chinese, with commercial experience.
Responsibilities:

- Direct, coordinate, and scale U.S. local business operations to achieve strategic corporate milestones, including:
*E-Commerce Operations: Oversee local operational coordination, ensure compliant data access, and provide robust operational support for local e-commerce initiatives.
*Channel Sales: Drive local sales channel expansion, cultivate key strategic account relationships, and coordinate internal/external resources to accelerate business growth and deal closures.
*Customer Service Excellence: Lead comprehensive pre-sales, mid-sales, and post-sales customer support strategies. Continuously optimize service workflows and operational efficiency to elevate customer satisfaction and retention.
- U.S. Data Privacy & Compliance Governance
- Own and oversee local data compliance, privacy governance, and protection standards for all U.S. business operations.
- Establish, implement, and monitor internal policies and operational workflows governing secure user data access, usage, and lifecycle management.
- Ensure all local operations strictly adhere to U.S. privacy regulations (such as CCPA/CPRA). Note: All U.S. user data governance and compliance decisions are independently managed and executed by the U.S. local team.
- Proactively lead regular risk assessments, compliance audits, and remediation initiatives.
- Local Team Leadership & Management
- Provide inspiring leadership and daily operational management for the U.S. local team, spanning data analytics, privacy governance, administration, sales, and customer service.
- Drive talent acquisition, headcount planning, performance management, professional development, and cross-functional resource allocation to maximize execution and collaboration efficiency.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Security, Data Privacy, or a related field is preferred. Equivalent professional leadership experience in U.S. Operations management will be fully considered in lieu of a formal degree.
- Extensive executive leadership experience (typically 7+ years) managing U.S. business operations, cross-functional teams, and tech-driven subsidiaries.
- Proven expertise in U.S. data privacy frameworks, regulatory compliance (CCPA/GDPR), and risk management.
- Demonstrated success in scaling e-commerce operations, channel sales, and customer success organizations in the U.S. Market.
- Skills: Exceptional strategic planning, cross-cultural communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
