About the Role
Wo. Box Consulting is recruiting on behalf of an international client for an Italian-Speaking B2B Sales Specialist in Athens, Greece. This is a permanent outbound sales role with a compelling commission structure, flexible working options, and a full relocation package for candidates moving to Greece.
What You'll Be Doing
• Contacting Italian-speaking business owners via outbound phone calls
• Presenting a free, easy-to-access platform that helps businesses grow their online sales
• Building and maintaining strong business relationships
• Guiding potential clients through a simple, free sign-up process
• Achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Logging all activity accurately in the CRM system
What We're Looking For
• Italian: fluent spoken and written (mandatory)
• Minimum 6 months' sales experience in any field
• Comfortable making outbound calls — leads are provided
• EU passport or valid work authorisation for Greece
• Ambition, drive and a results-focused mindset
• B2B or e-commerce experience preferred
Salary & Earnings
• €1,200 gross/month (office-based) or €1,150 gross/month (remote) × 14 salaries per year
• Up to €750 quarterly performance bonus at 100% target — uncapped
• €3 net daily meal allowance (year 1) | €6 after first year

Working Model
• Office-based in Athens — for all candidates including those relocating
• Remote from anywhere in Greece — available for candidates already based in Greece
• Monday to Friday | 10:00 – 19:00
