We’re hiring: Marketing/CS Team Leader at Linkiss (FaceOn)

At Linkiss, we run FaceOn, a global platform for remote cosmetic surgery consultations with built-in AI interpretation. We connect international patients with Korean clinics, and we’re growing fast across overseas markets.

We’re looking for a Marketing/CS Team Leader to take ownership of our global marketing and help shape where FaceOn goes next. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who wants to build, not just maintain.

What you’ll do

• Plan and run online and offline marketing campaigns
• Plan and review SNS content for your assigned markets
• Understand the needs of overseas patients and build targeted marketing around them
• Manage relationships with overseas influencers and partners
• Run and manage government-supported projects
• Handle marketing administration and operations

What we’re looking for

• Bachelor’s degree or higher
• 3+ years of relevant work experience

Nice to have

• Experience in overseas patient attraction or medical tourism
• Understanding of how hospitals and clinics operate
• Strong presentation skills
• Business-level Korean and English
• Availability for overseas business trips
• Able to start soon and committed to growing with us long term
• A proactive attitude that brings energy to the team

Working conditions

• Employment type: 1-year contract, with conversion to a permanent position discussed after one year
• Location: G-Well Tower 2, 24 Seocho-daero 77-gil, Seocho-gu, Seoul
• Salary: Decided after the interview, with 100% pay during the 3-month probation period
• Schedule: 5 days a week, 8 hours a day, flexible working hours
