On-Site Technical Producer / Digital Delivery Lead

We harness cutting-edge technology to transform concepts into immersive experiences, and we’re seeking an on-site Technical Producer / Digital Delivery Lead to represent Imerza alongside our clients in Saudi Arabia and support the large-scale Unreal Engine projects we manage for them. Job Summary: We are looking for an on-site Technical Producer / Digital Delivery Lead to serve as Imerza’s on-site representative in Saudi Arabia. In this role, you will be the key link between our client and Imerza’s global delivery and production teams, translating client needs and requests into clear direction for our teams. You will also provide hands-on support for the client’s day-to-day Unreal Engine needs, helping them navigate and get the most out of the projects we manage for them. Key Responsibilities Serve as Imerza’s on-site representative at the client site, translating client needs and requests into clear, actionable direction for the delivery and production teams. Act as the primary day-to-day liaison between the client and Imerza, ensuring clear communication and fast turnaround on requests. Provide hands-on support for the client’s minor Unreal Engine needs, such as opening levels, locating specific content and assets, and demonstrating features of the project. Show the client the ins and outs of the Unreal Engine project Imerza manages, enabling them to navigate and present it with confidence. Capture, document, and prioritize client feedback and change requests, relaying them accurately to the production and delivery teams. Troubleshoot minor on-site technical issues and escalate more complex items to the appropriate Imerza teams. Champion Imerza’s work within the client organization, proactively identifying opportunities to expand our services horizontally by showing stakeholders what else is possible and what more Imerza can deliver for them. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise Working familiarity with game engines in general, and hands-on experience with Unreal Engine specifically (opening and navigating levels, locating content, basic troubleshooting). Strong client-facing communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders. Proven experience in a client-facing producer, implementation, or technical support role. Ability to work independently on-site in Saudi Arabia while coordinating with remote delivery and production teams across time zones. Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with strong attention to detail when capturing and relaying requirements. Comfortable navigating and presenting 3D and real-time content to clients. Willingness to be based in, or relocate to, Saudi Arabia (Riyadh region). Ability to manage multiple stakeholder requests and thrive in a fast-paced, on-site environment. Nice to Haves: Arabic language proficiency. Background in architectural visualization, digital twins, or real-estate marketing. Familiarity with Unreal Engine Blueprints, level design, or content pipelines.
