PHP Backend Developer Junior / Senior

Location: Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam Working Hours: 09:00 AM 06:00 PM, Monday to Saturday (Overtime pay provided in accordance with local labor regulations)  These two roles are open to both Taiwanese and local Vietnamese Just with different pay and benefits. For Taiwanese expatriates: Working Hours: 09:00 AM 06:00 PM, Monday to Saturday (Overtime pay will be provided according to local labor laws) Leave & Benefits: After every 3 months in Vietnam, entitled to 8 days of rest in Taiwan Salary: NTD150,000 / USD 5,000 (includes expatriate allowance) Accommodation: Company-arranged dormitory (private room). If you choose to live outside, housing costs will be your responsibility. Others Covered: Work visa, medical insurance, round-trip flight reimbursement For local Vietnamese candidates: Language: Proficiency in Chinese is a plus Salary Range:With less than 3 years experience: 19,969,697 VND 26,625,975 VND With 3 to 8 years experience: 26,625,975 VND 46,595,673 VND Overtime pay will be provided according to local labor laws Responsibilities & Requirements: 1.Strong ability in requirement analysis and system architecture; familiar with configuration management, version control, and clean coding practices. 2.Able to independently develop and troubleshoot; team-oriented with strong communication skills and proactive work ethic. 3.Proficient in object-oriented programming and common design patterns; passionate about technology and up-to-date with industry trends. 4.Familiar with LAMP/LNMP stacks, Docker; expert in PHP development; experienced in at least one mainstream PHP framework.5.Skilled in using NoSQL technologies like Redis and Memcached; able to solve high-concurrency problems with caching techniques. 6.Experience in MySQL optimization, front-end performance tuning, and web application security is a plus. 7.Familiarity with the Hyperf framework; experience in high-concurrency systems, big data optimization, and Swoole is preferred. 8.Proficient in MVC frameworks and development experience using ThinkPHP, Laravel, or similar. Preferred Tools & Skills: 1.Languages/Frameworks: CodeIgniter 3, Laravel 5 2.Must-have experience with: Hyperf and ThinkPHP frameworks Additional Requirements: 1.Proficient in Git version control; capable of resolving merge conflicts 2.Backend development experience in medium to large-scale systems 3.Familiar with RDBMS and RESTful APIs 4.Experience developing with MVC frameworks such as ThinkPHP or Laravel 5.Knowledge of both SQL and NoSQL tools like MySQL, Redis, with deep understanding of their internal mechanisms6.Familiarity with microservices architecture
