Overview: This role is for a full-time Physical Therapist (PT) specializing in patient assessment, developing recovery plans, and delivering personalized physical therapy in a facility environment. Reporting to the Director of Rehab, the therapist helps patients regain their physical abilities by designing tailored programs, addressing individual needs, and promoting independence through education and collaboration.

- Deliver physical therapy services aimed at restoring, reinforcing, and enhancing physical abilities.
- Collaborate with team members and refer patients to other professionals as needed.
- Educate patients and caregivers on skills to promote independence and productivity.
- Valid Physical Therapy license or proof of eligibility.
- Master’s degree in Physical Therapy or related field, or Bachelor’s plus 5 years of experience.
- Degree evaluation for international credentials to confirm U.S. equivalency.
