  • Maintain complete repair documentation, including as-built records, inspection reports, photographs, and supporting regulatory and audit records.
  • Support emergency response and repair activities related to pipeline failures, leaks, and in-service damage.
  • Provide technical guidance to Operations, Environmental, Maintenance, and Facilities Engineering on pipeline integrity matters.
  • Coordinate with Supply Chain on inspection scopes, service contracts, repair materials, and pipeline integrity service providers.
  • Communicate integrity findings, risk assessments, remediation recommendations, and program status to leadership and regulatory stakeholders.
  • Support Management of Change (MOC) reviews associated with changes to pipeline operating pressure, service, or configuration.
  • Manage pipeline integrity program budgets across applicable DOT and non-DOT assets.
  • Develop monthly cost forecasts and accruals based on ILI, integrity assessment, and repair activities.
  • Review invoices from ILI vendors, integrity assessment contractors, and pipeline repair service providers.
  • Develop annual budgets based on assessment schedules, regulatory reassessment requirements, and identified repair backlogs.
  • Maintain and report pipeline integrity KPIs, including ILI completion, anomaly remediation, cathodic protection performance, and regulatory compliance metrics.
  • Track assessment schedules, action items, and compliance deadlines within applicable integrity and maintenance management systems.
  • Maintain regulatory- and audit-ready documentation, including integrity management records, inspection reports, repair documentation, and operator qualification records.
  • Support risk model updates, threat identification reviews, and integrity program effectiveness evaluations.
  • Develop periodic program health reports summarizing integrity status, risk exposure, remediation progress, and upcoming assessment requirements.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of pipeline integrity, pipeline inspection, corrosion, mechanical integrity, or related oil and gas experience.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of pipeline integrity principles, risk assessment, inspection, anomaly evaluation, corrosion control, and pipeline repair practices.
