Responsibilities Provide excellent customer service to Portuguese-speaking clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat. Assist customers with inquiries about insurance policies, coverage options, and claims processes. Guide clients in understanding their insurance needs and help them select suitable products. Handle customer complaints and scenarios professionally, ensuring timely resolutions and client satisfaction. Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the company’s products, services, and policies. Document all customer interactions accurately to assist with continuous service enhancement. Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and improve customer service experiences. Fluency in Portuguese and English, both written and spoken. Previous experience in customer service, preferably within the insurance or financial services sector. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism. Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office applications. Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities. Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
