What You Will Do

• Optimize electrode manufacturing processes
• Improve yield, quality, throughput and process capability (Cpk)
• Analyze production data and resolve technical issues
• Support new equipment installation and production launches
• Enhance safety, quality and manufacturing excellence

Ideal Background

Experience in Process Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Production Engineering, Equipment Engineering or Quality Improvement. Backgrounds in battery, semiconductor, electronics or automotive manufacturing are highly valued.

Japanese Requirement: JLPT N3 or above. Candidates should be able to communicate comfortably in everyday workplace conversations.

Visa Requirement: Valid Engineer/Specialist in Humanities/International Services visa holder, or eligible for employer-sponsored visa support.
