We are seeking a registered nurse (RN) responsible for coordinating comprehensive patient care, including direct care, patient/family education, and care transitions.
In this role, you will support professional nursing practices across various settings, adhering to the Mayo Clinic Nursing Practice Model and ANA standards.
Key duties include planning, implementing, evaluating, and communicating all aspects of nursing care, providing leadership through mentoring, informal roles, and quality improvement initiatives.
You will delegate patient care appropriately based on skill, experience, acuity, resources, and fiscal considerations. Strong communication, mentoring, and critical thinking skills are essential.
The position may require driving a personal vehicle and is eligible for TN sponsorship, requiring state licensure and certification completion.

Qualifications
- Graduate of a nursing program.
- Evidence of baccalaureate degree within five years if starting on or after April 1, 2020.
- Preferred: one year RN or LPN experience at Mayo Clinic.
- Current RN license, BLS certification, and computer proficiency.
- Nonexempt, full-time with a schedule of 12-hour night shifts, every 3rd weekend/holiday.
- Salary range: $43.84 - $66.84.
