Key Responsibilities

Depending on the assigned project, you may work in areas such as customer service, tourism, multimedia, or technical support.

Your responsibilities may include:

• Provide professional customer assistance in Dutch and English.
• Respond to customer questions, requests, and concerns.
• Deliver clear, accurate, and helpful information.
• Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
• Maintain a professional, friendly, and customer-focused approach.
• Follow the procedures and service standards of your assigned project.
• Communicate effectively through the required customer support channels.
• Work closely with colleagues to ensure a consistent customer experience.
• Adapt to different projects, customer profiles, and operational requirements.

Requirements

• Fluent Dutch.
• Good English communication skills.
• Minimum age of 18 years.
• EU citizenship or a valid work permit in Portugal.
• Minimum education of the 9th grade; some projects may require completion of the 12th grade.
• Genuine interest in living and working in Lisbon, Portugal.
• Interest in customer service or call-centre positions.
• Availability for a full-time position of 40 hours per week.
• Flexibility to work different schedules and possible rotational shifts.
• Willingness to live and work in Portugal for at least six months.
• Comfortable working in an international and multicultural environment.
  
  
  

Working Conditions

• Position based in Lisbon, Portugal.
• Full-time schedule of 40 hours per week / 160 hours per month.
• Working hours and schedules depend on the assigned project.
• Flexible working hours and possible shift rotations.
• Accommodation available for eligible candidates living 100 km or more from Lisbon.
• Company apartments located in the greater Lisbon area.
• Commute between accommodation and the workplace can take up to approximately one hour by public transport.
• Furnished apartments with kitchen, living room, Wi-Fi, and cable TV.
• Usually 4–6 employees share an apartment, with each employee having an individual room.
  
  
  

Relocation & Welcome Support

Teleperformance provides dedicated assistance to help international employees settle into life in Portugal.

• Flight arrangements to Lisbon can be handled by Teleperformance, or candidates may book their own flight and receive reimbursement according to the communicated conditions.
• Airport pick-up is provided upon arrival.
• Support is available with immigration, social security, tax registration, and opening a Portuguese bank account.
• A Welcome Support Team assists employees from their first day.
• Eligible employees can access company accommodation in the Lisbon area.
