Role Description

• The Retail Salesperson is a full-time, on-site role based at Gloé’s store in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
• This role involves welcoming customers, understanding their skincare needs, and recommending suitable products from Gloé’s curated range.
• The Retail Salesperson will provide product demonstrations, answer questions about ingredients and routines, and ensure a high standard of customer service throughout the shopping experience.
• Daily responsibilities include handling point-of-sale transactions, maintaining stock displays and kiosk cleanliness, and supporting visual merchandising.
• The role also includes sharing ongoing promotions, collecting customer feedback, and collaborating with the team to meet sales targets and enhance the overall store experience.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Retail Sales and Sales skills, with the ability to meet targets and convert inquiries into purchases.
• Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to engage customers, build trust, and provide personalized recommendations.
• Candidates should possess basic POS and cash-handling skills, along with attention to detail in transactions and inventory checks.
• Previous experience in skincare, beauty, or retail environments is beneficial.
• Proficiency in English & Arabic is a plus
