Sales Executive – Car Leasing & Lease-to-Own

ShareDrive makes driving a car in the UAE simple, with all-inclusive leasing, lease-to-own and car subscriptions, for individuals and businesses alike. As we grow, we're looking for a sales executive who puts the customer first to join our team.

What you'll do

• Answer WhatsApp, phone and email enquiries about leasing, lease-to-own and car sales quickly and professionally

• Understand each customer's needs and suggest the right car and plan

• Prepare quotes using ShareDrive's official pricing tools and explain every cost clearly

• Guide customers through documents, approval, contract signing and delivery

• Keep every lead and conversation up to date in our CRM

• Follow up on quotes and build long-term relationships with individual and corporate customers

• Work with our operations, insurance and fleet teams so every handover goes smoothly

What we're looking for

• 2+ years of sales experience in the UAE, ideally in car leasing, rental, dealerships or car finance

• Strong communication in English. Arabic, Hindi/Urdu or Russian is a plus

• Comfortable with WhatsApp Business, a CRM and Excel or Google Sheets

• Understanding of UAE leasing and lease-to-own basics: deposits, insurance, VAT, documents

• Honest, organised, target-driven and calm under pressure

• Valid UAE driving licence preferred
