Sales Associate

We’re hiring: Sales Associate (Field Sales, Merchant Onboarding) at SoukPay

SoukPay is a Dubai-based fintech building the payments and merchant rewards layer for how people shop across the UAE. We’re signing up small and medium outlets across Dubai’s busy neighbourhoods, and we need people who will do it on foot.

This is a hands-on field sales job, not an office role. You’ll spend most of your day walking in and out of shops, cafés and restaurants, talking to owners and managers face to face, and closing them.

What you’ll do:

→ Walk outlet to outlet in busy, high-footfall areas, pitching SoukPay Rewards to F&B and retail owners and managers

→ Focus on small and medium independent outlets that don’t yet have a loyalty programme, not big brands

→ Explain the offer clearly, handle objections and close the deal

→ Take each merchant through registration, verification and setup until they are live and taking payments

→ Follow up on every lead and keep the CRM accurate, with a short daily report of your visits and calls

→ Hit weekly and monthly onboarding targets

What we’re looking for:

→ Proven experience selling products or services, ideally face to face, and a wish to build your career in sales

→ Someone who is comfortable on the street and happy with hard work, rejection and long days on your feet

→ Results-driven: we measure signed and live merchants, not meetings or conversations

→ Clear, persuasive English. Arabic, Hindi or Urdu is a plus

→ Organised and self-driven, comfortable with a CRM

→ You are joining to sell. A big contact list is not a requirement and won’t count for much if it doesn’t turn into signed merchants
