We are hiring an experienced 𝐁𝐮𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐃𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐥𝐨𝐩𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐫 on behalf of our client, an established international accounting, tax, and compliance consultancy.

We are looking for a commercially driven professional with a strong understanding of the 𝐔𝐀𝐄 𝐦𝐚𝐫𝐤𝐞𝐭, 𝐚𝐧 𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐛𝐥𝐢𝐬𝐡𝐞𝐝 𝐛𝐮𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐧𝐞𝐭𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐤, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐚 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐧 𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐜𝐤 𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐨𝐫𝐝 𝐨𝐟 𝐚𝐜𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐜𝐥𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐟𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐬𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐜𝐞𝐬.

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:

- Drive new business acquisition across the UAE for accounting, bookkeeping, VAT, corporate tax, and compliance services.

- Manage the complete sales cycle, from prospecting and client meetings to proposals, negotiations, and closing.

- Build strategic referral partnerships with business setup consultants, law firms, banks, and other professional service providers.

- Develop and maintain long-term client relationships while identifying cross-selling opportunities.

- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and consistently achieve revenue targets.

𝐂𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐢𝐝𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:

- Proven UAE business development experience, preferably within accounting, taxation, auditing, compliance, or corporate services.

- Strong existing network of UAE business owners, SMEs, free-zone companies, and referral partners.

- Good understanding of UAE VAT, corporate tax, mainland/free-zone structures, and regulatory compliance.

- Demonstrated success in achieving sales and client acquisition targets.

- 𝐅𝐥𝐮𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐄𝐧𝐠𝐥𝐢𝐬𝐡 𝐢𝐬 𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐚𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐲.

- 𝐇𝐢𝐧𝐝𝐢 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐔𝐫𝐝𝐮 𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐡𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐥𝐲 𝐩𝐫𝐞𝐟𝐞𝐫𝐫𝐞𝐝; 𝐀𝐫𝐚𝐛𝐢𝐜 𝐢𝐬 𝐚 𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐨𝐧𝐠 𝐚𝐝𝐯𝐚𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐠𝐞.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

- Valid UAE driving licence preferred.
