Role Description

The Area Manager will be responsible for leading, managing, and developing a team of real estate brokers while driving sales performance and business growth within their designated area. The role includes mentoring brokers, setting performance targets, supporting negotiations, monitoring team activity, and developing strategies to maximise revenue with the support of the Sales and Leasing Manager.

Experienced managers who already have an established team are welcome to bring their team across to ELITE.

Requirements:

Strong track record in Dubai real estate sales and leasing
Proven ability to manage, motivate, and develop a team
Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
Strong understanding of Dubai's real estate market
Results-driven mindset with strong commercial awareness
A valid UAE driver's licence is mandatory
