Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Senior ATE Test Engineer with strong hands-on semiconductor test engineering experience, particularly with Advantest 93K ATE and SmarTest 8.

The ideal candidate will have experience developing and debugging semiconductor test programs for Digital, PMIC, RF, and Mixed-Signal products, along with strong expertise in silicon characterization, first-silicon debug, and production test release.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and debug semiconductor test programs for Digital, PMIC, RF, and Mixed-Signal products using Advantest 93K ATE and SmarTest 8.
• Perform first-silicon debug, device characterization, test-program bring-up, and production release activities.
• Debug digital test vectors, including JTAG, SCAN, ATPG, Functional Testing, and MBIST.
• Perform device characterization across Process, Voltage, and Temperature (PVT) conditions.
• Characterize RF, PMIC, and Mixed-Signal IPs, including ADC, DAC, and PLL.
• Support test-program handoff, production release, yield improvement, and test-time reduction.
• Work closely with Product Engineering, Design Engineering, Quality Engineering, and Foundry Engineering teams.
• Use bench instrumentation for semiconductor device characterization and troubleshooting.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
• 5–10 years of relevant semiconductor test engineering experience preferred.
• Mandatory hands-on experience with Advantest 93K / V93000 ATE and SmarTest 8.
• Strong experience in semiconductor test-program development and debugging.
• Experience with Digital, PMIC, RF, or Mixed-Signal IC testing.
• Knowledge of JTAG, SCAN, ATPG, Functional Testing, and MBIST.
• Experience with silicon characterization and PVT testing.
• Hands-on experience with laboratory bench instrumentation.
• Strong understanding of analog and digital electronics.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work independently.

Preferred Experience

• ADC, DAC, and PLL characterization.
• First-silicon debug and production test release.
• Yield improvement and test-time optimization.
• Semiconductor product engineering and manufacturing support.

Candidates with direct hands-on Advantest 93K and SmarTest 8 experience are strongly preferred.
