About the Role

The candidate will be responsible for a broad range of semiconductor materials development activities, including the evaluation and selection of novel materials for advanced logic technologies at the 2nm and beyond, the process development of incorporating novel materials, and the process optimization utilizing existing materials.

Expertise

Candidates with experience in materials-related semiconductor processes, including lithography, silicon wafer cleaning, CMP(Chemical Mechanical Planarization), dry etching, and thin-film deposition. Applicants with strong expertise in any of these areas are welcome to apply.

Job Responsibilities :

• Evaluate and select novel materials, and develop semiconductor processes utilizing these materials.
• Evaluate and select novel materials, and develop semiconductor processes utilizing these materials.
• Improve device performance and manufacturing yield through process development and optimization using existing materials.
• Collaborate with material suppliers and equipment manufacturers to develop new materials and corresponding semiconductor processes incorporating these materials.

Experiences

Candidates with at least five years of experience in semiconductor technologies, including materials evaluation, process development, or process optimization.

Language skill

Japanese JLPT：N2 level, or an equivalent level of language proficiency

Ideal Candidate Profile

Bachelor’s degree holders with at least three years of professional or research experience, or candidates with a graduate degree (Master’s or Ph.D.).

本ポジションでは、2nm世代およびそれ以降の先端ロジック半導体技術に向けた新規材料の評価・選定から、それらを活用したプロセス開発、さらには既存材料を用いたプロセス最適化まで、幅広い半導体材料開発業務を担当していただきます。

求める専門知識・スキル

以下の半導体材料関連プロセスの経験を有する方を歓迎します。

• リソグラフィ（Lithography）
• シリコンウェハ洗浄（Silicon Wafer Cleaning）

以下のいずれかを含む半導体関連技術分野において、5年以上の実務経験を有する方

• 材料評価（Materials Evaluation）
• プロセス開発（Process Development）
• プロセス最適化（Process Optimization）

語学力

• 日本語能力試験（JLPT）N2レベル、またはそれに相当する日本語運用能力を有する方
