About the Role
Join a founding engineering team building AI-powered business intelligence products. As a senior backend engineer, you will work across the product and help create scalable systems for analytical workloads.
What You'll Do
Build and scale data pipelines for latency-critical analytical workloads.
Contribute across the codebase and product rather than working in a narrow area.
Collaborate with engineering and product teammates to shape the roadmap.
Design secure, cost-efficient, scalable systems on modern cloud infrastructure.
Help establish the engineering culture and technology choices as the team grows.
What We're Looking For
At least 4 years of backend engineering experience in product, platform, or infrastructure teams.
Proficiency in Python and TypeScript.
Experience building or operating large-scale data pipelines.
A bachelor's degree in computer science or a related technical or quantitative field, with strong engineering fundamentals.
Experience in a startup or other fast-paced environment, and the ability to work in the Bay Area.
Compensation & Benefits
Annual base salary is $250,000 to $300,000. Visa sponsorship is available. H-1B transfers are considered case by case; candidates on OPT should have at least two H-1B lottery attempts remaining.
