Senior Enterprise Account Executive

About the Role

Join an early-stage voice AI company as a Senior Enterprise Account Executive, owning complex sales from initial discovery through signed production agreements. You will help bring AI-powered contact center solutions to large enterprises while contributing market insight to the product and go-to-market teams.

What You'll Do

• Manage the full enterprise sales cycle, from discovery and qualification to negotiation and close.

• Lead structured deal qualification and navigate buying groups across executive, IT, security, procurement, and legal stakeholders.

• Design focused pilots with clear success metrics and guide successful evaluations toward production deployments.

• Work with solutions engineering and product teams to validate integrations, address technical blockers, and communicate solution value.

• Share competitive insights and customer feedback to inform product and go-to-market strategy.

What We're Looking For

• Four to ten years of experience closing enterprise SaaS deals, including experience in voice AI, conversational AI, or contact center software.

• A record of closing deals valued at $250,000 or more with large enterprise customers, ideally on sales cycles of three to six months.

• Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales processes and using structured qualification methods such as MEDDPICC.

• Technical fluency with APIs, integrations, and AI architecture, including the ability to discuss these topics with technical executives.

• Experience in a high-growth startup, ideally at an early-stage company where you built pipeline without an established playbook.

• Strong technical fundamentals, supported by relevant education or professional experience.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary: $180,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is available.
