About the Role

As a Senior Forward Deployed Engineer, you will bridge the gap between technical development and enterprise implementation.

You will embed directly with clients to design, build, and deploy production-ready voice AI solutions.

This role carries significant ownership, as you will lead full-cycle project delivery while shaping the core platform based on real-world field insights.

You will serve as a strategic technical advisor, ensuring that LLM-powered systems are effectively integrated into enterprise architectures to drive measurable business impact and platform adoption.

What You'll Do

• Lead end-to-end delivery of voice agent solutions from initial prototyping through full-scale production.
• Engineer full-stack integrations between the core platform and enterprise systems such as CRMs and ERPs using Python and JavaScript.
• Collaborate with sales teams to gather technical requirements and present architectural system designs to prospective clients.
• Optimize LLM prompting strategies and system configurations to meet specific enterprise performance benchmarks.
• Manage project scopes and resolve technical blockers to maintain delivery momentum across cross-functional teams.
• Develop reusable software components and tools based on patterns identified during client deployments.
• Synthesize field feedback into actionable product development roadmaps and go-to-market strategies.

What You Bring

• 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role such as Solutions Engineering or Technical Product Management.
• Professional proficiency in full-stack development using Python and JavaScript.
• Experience delivering production-grade systems within fast-paced or ambiguous environments.
• Foundational knowledge of LLM-powered systems and their associated user experience implications.
• Ability to communicate complex technical architectures to non-technical business stakeholders.

• Annual salary range of $200,000 – $300,000.
