Forward Deployed Engineer

About the Role

Join an AI engineering team building and deploying production AI systems for enterprise clients. You will work hands-on across client environments, turning complex business needs into systems that deliver value in production.

What You'll Do

• Build AI workflows and agentic systems end to end, from architecture through production deployment.

• Ramp up quickly in unfamiliar client codebases and ship production software with minimal oversight.

• Partner with senior client stakeholders and engineering teams across industries including finance, entertainment, and consumer goods.

• Work with AI strategists to scope solutions, then build systems that operate reliably in client environments.

• Use modern AI coding tools to accelerate development and delivery.

What We're Looking For

• Three to eight years of production software engineering experience, with a track record of personally building and deploying substantial systems or features.

• Full-stack product engineering experience; this role involves writing and shipping production code.

• Production experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure, including hands-on work with cloud infrastructure complexity.

• Strong client-facing communication skills, including experience presenting to and partnering with enterprise engineering teams and executives.

• Comfort working at a fast pace with high ownership, and experience using tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, or Codex.

• Python, TypeScript, and experience building AI or agentic systems are relevant to the work.

Compensation & Benefits

Compensation is $180,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is available.
